Elements helps build resilience in individuals and non-profit organisations in Africa that are dedicated to making the world a better place. We do this through personal, team and leadership coaching; mentoring young talent; process facilitation; training; environmental & social safeguarding; and bespoke organsiational resilience solutions. We co-create solutions with you and your teams, to enable the inner work needed for social change, both at a personal and organisational level.

I have been working as a leader in the environmental sector for the past 19 years in a variety of roles, including fundraising & donor relations, social safeguarding and research, project management (livelihoods & community development), operations, communications, and learning & development.
I am at my best when supporting organisations and change-makers to co-create solutions to your particular challenges. I use adaptive learning processes to help build organisational systems for sustainability and the healthy relationships and partnerships that sustain them. I am particularly passionate about developing young leaders in the sector and the inner work needed for social and environmental change; partnering for sustained solutions, and environmental peacebuilding.
I have a Masters in Philosophy (Management Coaching) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking in nature with my dogs, wild water swimming, baking, writing, reading, hiking, meditation, travelling to wonderous places, and slouching on the couch with Netflix.
