Elements helps build resilience in individuals and non-profit organisations in Africa that are dedicated to making the world a better place. We do this through environmental and social safeguarding, personal, team, and leadership coaching, mentoring young talent, process facilitation, and bespoke organisational resilience and capacity-building solutions. We co-create solutions with you and your teams to enable the inner work needed for social change, both at a personal and organisational level.

Supporting change-makers to change the world.
For the past 19 years, I have been a leader in the environmental sector in various roles, including environmental and social safeguarding, social assessments and research, project management (livelihoods and community development), operations, learning and development communications, fundraising, and donor and partner relations.
I am at my best when supporting organisations and change-makers to co-create solutions to your particular challenges. I use adaptive learning processes to help build organisational systems for sustainability and the healthy relationships and partnerships that sustain them. I am particularly passionate about developing young leaders in the sector and the inner work needed for social and environmental change, partnering for sustained solutions, and environmental peacebuilding.
I have a Masters in Philosophy (Management Coaching) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking in nature with my dogs, wild water swimming, baking, writing, reading, hiking, meditation, travelling to wonderous places, and slouching on the couch with Netflix.
